Trying to figure out if I should powder coat these rims or just go for all black rims. What do you think?
How about this: Spend $50 on precut vinyl and just wrap them.

If you spray paint your rims, that’s pretty low-budget.

If it’s done right, it can actually look good. Just make sure you clear coat it.

Wouldn’t really recommend it 
I saw someone powder coat these rims to alloy silver instead of black. They actually looked pretty nice.
You could sell your OEM rims. That might cover most of the cost for the new ones.

If you sell the car, not having the OEM wheels might hurt its value compared to aftermarket ones.

You might be right. Also, good luck with sensors fitting on aftermarket wheels.
It depends if you like the current rim style or not. It might actually be cheaper to powder coat them black than buy new black rims.
I wish the 2024 XSE came with these instead of the 19-inch rims.

The 2020 XSE also has 19s. In fact, the rims from 2021-2024 are exactly the same as the 2018-2020 ones, except the silver part is painted glossy black, so it looks completely black.

My 2019 SE had 18s that looked similar to these rims.

They look similar because they’re glossy black, but they’re just the 18-20 SE rims painted black for the ‘Nightshade Edition.’
