LOL! I thought it was just the fog lights! Now that you mention it, I always thought it was weird that it came like that from the factory. 
I think I’ll have to do the same now. But to be honest, my truck’s all black so it’s not like anyone would notice it much.
I have no idea what you’re so excited about… at this point, I’m wondering if it’s something dumb.

I got mine on Etsy.
It’s a bit pricey, but I went for the Rear storage door. If you don’t have a subwoofer in the spot, it’s a great way to use that quarter panel space and it’s super easy to install.

It doesn’t bother me. The factory tow hooks are easy to access, and I could always add a recovery point if I need one (ARB makes one that works with it). I mostly got it for protection from wildlife and because I like the look. If I was doing some heavy rock crawling, I’d probably get a higher clearance bumper. Eventually, I’ll throw a winch in there, but I don’t have any trips planned where I’d need one right now.

Ok, cool. I’ve been debating on which bumper to get, and I was leaning toward the ARB, but the lack of recovery points was a bit of a concern.
