Someone pointed out that it’s a photoshop of the 2025 Forester. If you compare images, it definitely looks like an edit. The source being Chinese social media makes sense.

Yeah, which is why it’s a convincing photoshop. But it’s definitely not the final design.

Maybe mods should add a question mark to the title?

It looks like everything. It’s like those generic car images on auto insurance ads where they can’t use real models.

The rear side window profile is almost identical to the Nissan Pathfinder.
That’s not an Outback, that’s a slightly stretched 2025 Forester.

I actually think it looks alright as an SUV. If Toyota had released this as a more budget-conscious 4Runner alternative, I’d be interested.
But as a new Outback? Nah, that’s trash lol.
