I bought a 2023 SE, first time buying a new car, and my ToyotaCare is ending this year. They sent me a quote for ToyotaCare+ which extends roadside assistance and routine maintenance up to 60K miles.
I don’t have a regular mechanic and have just been going to the dealership for everything. I feel stuck on whether I should extend it or not. Is it a good idea or just another dealership upsell?
Toyota is supposed to be one of the most reliable brands out there, so why are they pushing an extended warranty? I’d just get GAP and theft protection instead. When I bought mine, they tried selling me tire and wheel coverage along with other maintenance plans that would’ve cost thousands.
