I have a 2019 Toyota Yaris. Does anyone else experience water in their trunk while driving in the rain?
It’s likely the taillight gaskets causing the issue
Is it a hatchback model?

Make sure to check your main seal, the bottom plug under the tire, and the tail lights. Also, look at where the metal connects at the bottom of your trunk. I can send you pictures if you want
It could be the tail light seals. You should remove the drain plug under the spare tire. Driving without the plug will help it dry out better
Check the seal around the trunk lid opening at the top. You can put something dry inside, close the trunk, and then spray it with a hose to see where it gets wet
Could be a leaky hatch seal or something like that
I have the same issue. When I take out the spare tire, I can see ground through some holes. It might have entered through there because mine doesn’t have the plastic cover underneath
I had the same problem. The issue was with the left tail light seal for me. I replaced it with one from a junkyard, and that fixed it. I guess silicone could work too
I deal with this too, but for me, the water is coming from my backseat windows. You should check those seals as well. I cover my Yaris every time it rains
