My car was stolen on Aug 6th. State Farm sent a settlement check to Toyota overnight address 2 weeks later. It’s been two months and my settlement check has not been processed. I’ve called over 20 times only to be told that they’re understaffed and the check was received. Meanwhile, I need to purchase a new vehicle, yet this car is still showing up on my credit as an open account, after 2 months which affected my credit score and rating!!! I’ve left messages over 10 times asking to receive a call from a supervisor and have yet to receive a call back. A class action suit needs to be establish with Toyota financial, they are absolutely unprofessional, Non responsive and should be put out of business!!
