For those who recently bought a 2025 Tundra Limited 4x4, what was the final price you managed to get? Just trying to figure out what a fair price would be.
I got a pretty loaded 2025 limited with pano moonroof, TRD off-road package, JBL speakers, heated seats and steering wheel for $63k. MSRP was $68k. Out the door with taxes and fees, it came to $69k. This was in Southern California.
I got a 2025 Limited with: JBL, pano roof, TRD off-road package, bed step, spray-in liner, and all-weather mats. MSRP was $65,974. Out the door price was $56,974, plus $500 doc fee. TTL paid at the DMV. Basically got $9k off and no doc fee (they overvalued my trade-in to cover it). I financed for 72 months at 2.99%, so this doesn’t include any rebates. I could’ve gotten another $2k off if I had paid cash. If anyone wants to make a similar deal and is willing to come to KC, feel free to message me.
@Bradley
Got a very similar deal at another KC dealership. Seems like KC is the place for good truck deals right now! Drove about 700 miles to get mine.
I got the truck from $68k down to $63.5k, and with taxes and fees, it was about $69-70k. That included a platinum warranty for $2.5k. I didn’t push hard enough on the truck price and probably left $2-3k on the table, but I was ready to get out of there.
@Mary1
Correction: the truck was listed at $70k, but that extra $2k was for tint, paint protection, and a clear bra… you know, the usual dealership add-ons.

Thanks for the details. I’m sure yours was a loaded Limited with some extra packages. I’ve been seeing some base model Limited trims without the extras for around $55-56k after discounts, plus TTL. Do you think I’d end up around $58k with all fees included? Just wanted to see if others have had similar experiences.
@Jones
Yeah, mine was fully loaded, plus the TRD off-road package. I didn’t care about the moonroof, but the only one in Lunar Rock had it. My buddy just got an SR5 4x4 non-TRD with a basic entertainment package for around $58k OTD. He’s pretty rough on his trucks but loves it. If you can swing it, I’d recommend the 14-inch entertainment upgrade. It was a big selling point for me.
@Mary1
Yeah, that’s what sold me on the jump from SR5 with packages to a base Limited. The base Limited comes with heated/ventilated seats and a larger infotainment screen, which was the main thing I wanted.
@Jones
Just keep in mind I’m in Arizona, so we pay a lot more in tax and registration here. So the $58k OTD my buddy got might be cheaper in your area. The bigger display system is definitely great, though. I’ve used the cameras a lot for hunting and when turning around on wet dirt roads—it’s been awesome.
If you’re buying new, do everything online. Ask dealers within a 3-hour drive to give you their best price. I never spoke on the phone. I’d just send a message saying exactly what I wanted and ask for their best price. Wait for the second offer and then reply to the highest one, saying you have a better offer. You don’t have to mention the offer amount until they’ve gone as low as they can. That’s when you know you have the best price.
@Zachary
I’ll definitely try this approach instead of wasting hours at dealerships. Toyota’s shopping tool works pretty well for sorting by price, trim, and features. Might reach out to some local dealers tomorrow to see if they’ll at least match the better prices from rural dealerships.
I bought a leftover 2024 Limited 4x4 TRD OR for $57.5k. They threw in a 7-year/100k bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, which gave me peace of mind to close the deal.

That’s an awesome deal, especially with the extended warranty! Was the $57.5k the out-the-door price?
@Jones
I negotiated everything else down. There was a $200 service charge at the end, then taxes and titling. The financing manager was friendly at first and tried to sell me on a prepaid maintenance plan, but I declined. He wasn’t too happy about that, but I felt good about it. If he’s upset, I must’ve gotten a good deal. I had a trade-in, and they offered me the Kelly Blue Book instant offer. I pointed out the higher trade-in value from Carfax, and they ended up giving me $1.3k more than their original offer. I was happy with that. I also got promo financing at 1.99% APR.
@Umbrielle
By the way, mine has the JBL package, TRD skid plate, all-weather mats, but no pano roof.

I’ve had pano roofs before. Don’t miss them at all.
