It actually says E15 max right on the cap, so it’s fine.

I prefer 89.
I use premium because of LSPI. Manufacturers don’t usually recommend higher octane so people aren’t scared off, but it can help avoid issues.

$3.99 a gallon? Is this an old pic? I just filled up for $2.50 at Sam’s.
I go for whatever is cheapest. This week, premium was discounted because they were out of regular. Didn’t notice any difference.
