I’m thinking about buying a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid and need some advice. How reliable is it? Any common issues? What’s the typical lifespan and fuel efficiency? Avoid the car with the 2.4L engine; it’s known for chronic oil-burning issues. Toyota did have a repair campaign for those engines, but not all vehicles were covered do not ask me how I know this.
Do not buy the hybrid, please. The battery on an ancient car like that will eventually run low. When it occurs, the battery’s cost will be at least equal to the car’s current cost.
Were there hybrids in the 2007?
