Can you do mine next?
Honestly, being debt-free is the ultimate upgrade. Feels great to actually own your car now.
Congrats on paying it off! I’m 22 and just got mine a month ago. Got any tips on how you managed to pay it off so fast?

I split my monthly payment in half and paid every two weeks. That added about $150 extra to the loan each month. I also got a big raise at work, making about $400 more weekly, so I threw all of that at the car loan.
@Axel
That’s some serious dedication.

Yeah, most people would’ve just spent the extra cash on other stuff. It’s rare to see that level of focus.

I was more focused on clearing my debt than getting more ‘things’. Now that it’s done, I might loosen up a bit, but nothing too wild.
@Axel
I already paid half the car’s cost upfront as a down payment when I bought it. I’m also adding $100 extra to my payments every month to chip away at the loan.
Congrats, that’s amazing .
Well done! Huge milestone.
Car payments are overrated. Welcome to the stress-free life.
Nobody should be asking about mods like exhausts or wheels until they’ve paid off their car. Show us proof of ownership first, then let’s talk mods.

Mods like exhausts or wheels are fine as long as you’re making extra payments and managing your finances responsibly. I’d avoid big stuff like a supercharger or a widebody kit until the car’s paid off though.
@Terryanne
If you’re driving on the streets, please don’t weld a roll cage into your car. In an accident, it could seriously mess you up.

Fair point. Honestly, if someone’s adding a cage without planning to use a helmet and harness, they’re asking for trouble.

People are gonna do what they want. If they lose the car to repossession, that’s on them. We’re not here to babysit anyone.
I usually don’t like how these cars look when they’re lowered, but this one hits the perfect spot for me. The red and black combo really works. Congrats on paying it off!

Thanks for that! I like the slammed look too, but I usually keep it at a track-ready height for practicality.
Congrats! Hoping to have mine paid off in a few months. I never want another car payment after this one, lol.
