I just got my 2025 Camry three days ago… and someone already slammed their door into my passenger side. So annoying.
That’s honestly the worst part of getting a new ride.
It’s tough to avoid, even if you park far away. Some joker always pulls up right next to you, usually with a beat-up car, and parks way too close.
Same thing happened to me during my first week. Luckily, the touch-up paint with a brush worked pretty well.
My wife thinks I’m nuts for parking far away. I keep saying—would you rather walk a few extra steps or come back to a dented door?
Happened to me too during my first week with my RAV4.
That really sucks. My wife teases me for always parking way off to the side, but I’m 54 and all my past cars had door dings. I’m tired of dealing with that crap, lol

That sucks. I got a door ding and a dented quarter panel within the first month. You either live with it or become that guy who reverse-parks way in the back of the lot. Honestly, just live with it.

Hey, at least the walk is good exercise!
Closest I’ve come to that is a few people taking pictures of my car. Some of them stuck around for 5 minutes while I was just on break nearby.
Same thing happened to my 2024 Camry, all blacked out. Had it for a week and bam—big scratch and a door ding.
