@Arlo
Thanks, I’ll post it there too.
Check your mileage compared to your car’s EPA rating. That’ll help you understand how you’ll fare in another vehicle.
Hybrids help more in city driving than highway.

That’s what I thought, but it looks like the hybrid in this one is more about torque than MPG.
Stopping more often for gas sucks, but at least it’s faster than charging an EV.

True!
I’m averaging 20.5 mpg after 1,800 miles. It’s thirsty, but I love it!

Thanks for sharing! 1,800 miles in 23 days sounds like quite a drive!

Did a round trip NJ to Boston and some local drives. It’s great on the highway.
I get about 300 miles per tank. My old Tundra got 370. Not much of a difference for me.
One of mine has been in the shop for three months with engine issues, but the other one drives fine.

> How in the world does a new truck model give you this mileage per tank?
My 2010 FJ only got 200 miles per fill-up, which was annoying. I hoped the LC would be better, but it sounds like it’s not.

My FJ was heavily modified, so it made sense. I wish it had a bigger tank, though.
@Felix
I get over 300 on my normal commutes with my 2010 FJ.
Toyota has always seemed to have small tanks. My ‘09 Corolla was the same.
That’s crazy. My Sequoia only has a 24-26 gallon tank.
Range is important for long road trips. 270 miles feels low. My ‘13 Tacoma gets around 340 miles on the highway.
