Just go to a tire shop. It’s in a good spot for a patch or plug.
Can I drive 0.7 miles to the nearest tire shop with this screw in the tire?

If it’s holding air, you should be fine to drive.
@BrianCopland
Thanks! I’ll go tomorrow morning.

It’s holding air now, but it might not be in the morning. You might need to use the spare or a pump.

I had this fixed for $20 at a tire shop. It’s not expensive.

I’ve driven 5-10 miles with a screw in my tire. You’ll be fine.

You’ll be fine. Just stick to side streets.
@Ashton
ToyotaCare won’t cover this. You can drive to a shop. A patch will fix it easily.

Don’t call your insurance. It might count as an incident and raise your rates.
This happened to me recently. My tire shop fixed it for free.
Totalled.
Take it to a tire shop or patch it yourself.
Tire plug kits are cheap and easy to use. I keep one in my car. I’ve used them for years without issues.
You need a 5/16 hex bit to remove that. But seriously, take it to a tire shop. Discount Tire fixes it for free.
I had the same thing happen. I pulled the screw out with pliers and didn’t have a leak. But if you have time, take it to a shop.
Suck it out.
You must’ve caught it early. Usually, the head gets worn down from hitting the pavement.
Here’s a pic of my setup: https://placehold.co/600x400.png
If there are no other patches, have it plugged. It’s cheaper than a new tire.
Time to buy a new car. Sorry, OP.
