You really need to see the frame before anyone can say if it’s worth it.

Fair point. I don’t want to bother the seller yet before I’m sure, but I’ll get pictures and inspect it when I check it out.

That’s my hesitation with the 4th gen… frame rust is such a pain.

Exactly. Why are people even downvoting this? It’s just common sense with Toyotas.
Looks like a decent deal. Hard to say with so little info though. If the Carfax and everything else is good, go for it.

Thanks! Just a broke college student trying to upgrade from my 2009 minivan. Lol.
@Gerald
Hey, minivans are underrated. I had an 08 V8 that I gave to a friend recently. Nearly 400k miles and still running strong.

Wow! Mine would be practical too… if it didn’t almost blow up in a Taco Bell drive-thru last night.
If there’s no rust underneath, just buy it.

Got it!
Definitely check for frame rust. That’s what ended my 2003.

Will make sure to check!
Not sure about the current market, but if prices are still high, this might be fair. For something over 200k miles though, you could probably find a better deal. Interior looks alright but seats seem a bit dirty.
I got an 05 V6 for $6500 and it’s been worth every penny. Had 193k miles.

You’re tempting me to go for it. Lol.
If this were local to me, I’d buy it in a heartbeat. Great price.

I’m worried it’ll sell before I can get it. I’ve got like 9 weeks before I have the cash. Thinking about loans, but that feels risky.
@Gerald
A loan isn’t bad if you have a solid repayment plan and can pay it off quickly. If it’s just two months, the interest would be minor. Definitely get a mechanic to inspect it, though. That peace of mind is worth it.
@Gerald
Loans are only dumb if you can’t repay them. Avoid payday loans, but check with a real bank—they might offer something manageable.
