This will be my first car, and I plan to drive it until it dies (or will it?). Or maybe I’ll be the one to go first, given its durability.

HOW CUTE omggggg
If you’re looking to do some simple upgrades, I’d recommend either getting a headlight restoring kit or changing the headlamps altogether. It’ll not just make the car look nicer, it’ll also help increase the light throw.
@Perrin
Try changing the bulbs first if you want to keep the tint. Philips RacingVision GT200 H4 is the best one (value for money, and great performance).

If you’re in the area and willing to shell out some cash for good quality retrofit headlights, check out Redline Auto Works.

To add to what others are saying, I tried restoring the headlamps on my 2008 sedan and they were just too old. Bought brand new ones on RockAuto for like $100, she looks brand new!

That’s beautiful man, welcome to the club — I’m at twice that mileage and should be able to double that; she’ll probably outlast you at this point.

Yes man, that’s what I thought.
Amazing first car. Keep up on preventive maintenance, and invest what you would be paying on a loan. You will shit your pants after 10 years how fast it adds up.
Never seen one in that color before!
Is that a custom color? It’s so cute!!! Upgrade the lights inside and out so they’re LED lights, white and brighter. The 1.5 is pretty zippy to drive imo. Enjoy!!
Amazing color can’t be OEM. That’s a great older brother you got there! Enjoy.
So cute!
Sweet ride! The TS taillights are awesome!
Fuck yeah that’s a win!
Cute!! Congratulations!
Your brother is a hero and you need to treasure him.
Super cute! And that car isn’t even broken in yet. My 2008 is at 247,838 km, still on the factory clutch and rear brakes. Gonna do the belt soon, but these little cars are just the best and will run forever if taken care of.
