Thanks, appreciate it!
Make sure to get the oil pickup checked—some of them get blocked halfway, which can damage the engine.

Interesting. Would that apply to the Toyota 86 too? I heard they’re similar.
@Delilah
Yeah, it would apply to both.

You could also get an oil pressure gauge to monitor it. If the pressure drops while driving, it might be an issue with the RTV. It’s safer than opening up the oil pan regularly. Plus, if a dealer sees the pan has been opened, they might void the warranty. Can they check it? Either way, gauges are good to have in performance cars.
Not many people are buying them right now. If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time—might not be around for much longer.

Must be a regional thing. Where I’m at, dealers can’t keep them in stock. I had to put down a deposit because the first three I wanted got reserved before they even arrived. Couldn’t find a Neptune Blue, so I had to settle for another color.
@Cairo
According to motor1.com, ‘With 2,323 units delivered through September, the BRZ is down 30.9% compared to the first nine months of 2023.’
The WRX isn’t doing too well either. Subaru’s overall sales are up, but not for these two models.
@Gerald
Probably just a few dealers buying limited numbers to keep prices up. I had no idea they weren’t actually selling that well.
The front end looks like that talking skateboard from that old movie

Where did he get that second glass meter cover? Didn’t he break the first one?
Aww, looks like it’s happy in its new home. It’s smiling! Congrats!

Congrats! If I go for a BRZ, it’s definitely gonna be the tS in World Rally Blue.
What a beautiful car! Congrats, and enjoy the ride! Just remember to drive safe and keep an eye out for speed traps
With how poorly these have been selling this year, you could probably have gotten an even better deal. Great job though! Love the color and wheel combo—used to work for Subaru America and got to drive a few of these.

Yeah, and they hardly advertise the BRZ. It doesn’t have the same fan base as the WRX for repeat buyers.
