Did you get touch-up paint for that front bumper?
Still clears standard parking stops and curbs just fine.
Just be careful with bad speed bumps or steep driveways; they can cause issues.
Why lower it in the first place?

I think it looks good and still has enough clearance. I’ve driven it a lot in the past year, and it probably helps with MPG a bit too. We usually get 70-80 in traffic and over 90 when it’s clear.
@Alex_1
That’s fair. I would’ve raised it if it were mine, but as long as you like it, that’s what matters.

Seriously? Is it a plug-in model?

Nah, it’s just the base LE (FWD) model.

You probably mean KMPG, right?

No, I mean miles, not kilometers. But hey, I’d be fine if the US switched to metric like other places.
@Alex_1
So how are you getting such high MPG? That seems way above average for a tank. Unless you never use AC?

I rarely use AC, except in the middle of summer. If it’s below 40, I just crack the windows a bit. I don’t speed much, and I coast a lot since I used to drive manual. I keep a distance from other cars so I hardly use the brakes, and I stay in eco mode. Traffic usually moves at 20-40 where the Prius shines. I’ve been calculating MPG at the pump since last October, and I can only drop below 70 if I drive like a total jerk, which I don’t do outside of the racetrack.
@Alex_1
Got it. I usually see MPG around 70 to 90. Sounds like you have the perfect commute.

Yeah, I think I have a sweet setup. I keep checking at the pump, and it all adds up. I travel about 20 miles in about an hour, mostly in EV mode.
@Alex_1
Is your area flat? That probably helps a lot. I live in a hilly place and only get around 60-62, even when I drive super carefully.

Looks like the comment got lost. I’d say it’s all about the driving style and the area you live in.

Aerodynamics might be the key to better MPG!

Why not lower it? It’s a Prius after all.

The ground clearance is a concern.

I think it’ll be fine!

It might look low, but it actually has about 5" of clearance.
