So, as i hit 100k on my '18 Tundra SR5 4x4.
I also hit the same mileage on my tires, 285 55/ R20 KO2
Never had an alignment issue, always rotated every oil change. And used 2 plugs for screws/nails.
Might just try for 120k

That’s really impressive for a tire but those definitely seem to be at the end of their life both from age and tread.

Impressive for sure, but not great in my opinion. Means it’s super hard rubber which probably results in poor traction.

These are definitely past their prime just based on age alone. They should have been replaced about 20k ago, which coincidentally is about the warranty period.
You should replace them
If you drive on them regularly, it’s time to look for something new.
That’s very impressive but you definitely need a new set of tires.
Make sure to wear earplugs when driving. I know these tires can be noisy when they wear down. I had to switch back to Michelin because I couldn’t handle it anymore.

Why do people get so sensitive about tire and road noise when driving? The level of noise isn’t different from the air hitting your vehicle. I convinced someone recently to get A/T tires, and their main concern was road noise, but after they installed them, they told me they didn’t even notice it.
8-year-old tires? better get a fork.
Anything older than 6 years should be swapped out no matter the tread left.
That is impressive. My Tundra goes through front tires quickly. Even when aligned, balanced, and rotated… I only get about 30k km out of my KOs and KO2s. Right now I’m trying out Cooper SST Pros and they’re not performing better
I’ve only gotten 40k out of my KO2s. I’m pretty strict with tires though. I have kids and keeping things safe is a priority.
I’d say you got your money’s worth. I would change them for safety.
If you live up north and drive on any ice, they’d be like hockey pucks. But impressive wear considering.
I have 45k on my Hankooks and they’re about done. The passenger front always wears on the outside, but I rotate every 5k so they’re all even.
I thought I did well with my Nitto Grapplers at 83k. Next time this set wears out, I might have to change them!
Had mine for 70k and had to replace them because the sidewalls cracked. Deep enough to see the wire.

I haven’t had these tires in snow or road salt conditions, which might be a factor.
I put 80k on them without any issues.
